This is a problem that I have had first hand , I used to be able to fly my quad copters and helicopters at a state campgrounds here in ct which has large open areas. We stay there a lot during the summer because it has beaches . Well some kid flew his quad over the beach with a camera and was then physically attacked by a woman that said he taking pictures of the girls on the beach. The short story is that now no one can fly anything at any of the state campgrounds or parks. The more people that do stupid things with quads and drones the more they hurt the hobbyist that builds and flies for enjoyment and flies by the rules which are becoming stricter because of the few that don't care.
