It's not only CW and GS. Ever get on a list it is hard to get off.
The most irritating thing to me is to donate a little money to a good national cause ( pick one they all do it ), then they spend more money than you donated sending you follow ups trying to get more money. It has been so frustrating to me that I now only donate to a couple of local causes that only send out one request a year.
