Dual Cam Setup

Are you certain there was no contact between the top front right of the driver's-side WD bar socket and the hitch ball nut?
If there was contact during a sharp right turn, the rear end of the left WD bar would be forced outward, away from the A-frame.
The end of the WD bar would push outward against the inside of the chain plate, pulling outward on the chain and pushing outward on the rear end of the cam arm.
This could explain all of the damage to the chain lift bracket mounting points, the cam arm frame bracket mounting points, and the bend in the chain plate.
