30 amp campsites is 120 volts. 50 amp RV is wired and intended to be two 120 volt circuits but there is 240 when measuring across the plug. I doubt that any campground would say it's ok to use it as 240 SO, go with 120 AC unit.
You could rewire your RV for 50 amps which gives you two legs of 120 volts. You could then run the AC on one leg and the microwave on the other. 50 amps and two legs gives you the ability to run two heavy appliances at one time where a 30 amp 120 v single leg system running two big appliances maxes out the circuit.
