Ages ago, when we were building a pole barn, our excavator/neighbor was adding a sewer cleanout right in front of the building (about 20' from another cleanout along the side) and I asked why. He said "you mentioned getting an RV at some point, and if you do, you'll really appreciate this" He sure was right - it's SOOOO handy to be able to dump one's tanks at home!
