YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME. Can you get any more rude? You come to somewhere that you have never been to before and whine about local conditions. Boo Hoo. Man up. get up behind the wheel and drive. And do us a favor, if you don't have the skills to drive your rig, stay over in the right hand lane, drive at the posted speed, and don't make conditions here any worse.
And I have been to the Left coast. Don't worry I won't be spending any of my income there again.
