If you want to see lunacy on the roads come to Bermuda. Population, 65,000, less than 300 miles of roads, 45,000 vehicles of all types, majority are bikes of less than 150cc, no multi lane roads, no shoulders on roads, most major roads only 20' wide with stone walls each side (opposing cars pass with less than 2' mirror to mirror is the norm), tailgating with less than a vehicle length separation is the norm, speed limit supposedly 20mph, yet a week does not go by without somebody driving into something & flipping their car.
