Just because you are in the east, doesn't mean the driver is from the east. They could originally be from South Dakota and are living there. I've lived all over. South (GA/SC/NC), northeast (MA), southwest (CA) and then there is TX. Not sure what you really call TX. But drivers are the same all over. There are rude ones everywhere. As someone mentioned "denser" areas, I imagine in South Dakota that you might be used to less people there. You were in Florida and there during the winter. Where do you think everyon up north, midwest and many even from the west are right now? This is prime season in Florida.
