I like Gallagher's thoughts on this, issue everyone a dart gun with their license, the ones that shoot suction cup tipped darts. When someone does something stupid you shoot them in the trunk! When the highway patrol sees a vehicle with more than 6 darts they pull them over and give them a ticket! :B :B
He also was in favor of tying old tires all around the car so you look like a tugboat, then you get to play bumper car while going through traffic! :E I want a late 50's to early 60's Buick for that style driving! :B :B
