John -
I dont have any photos of it hooked up and my camper is parked for the summer. Our next trip isnt until Sept, sorry.
He did talk some physics but was also trying to keep it in everyday language. He did repeat the castering effect going on with the angles that has been brought up in the past. I dont see it from looking at it, but he said the effect is there. I will say those chain brackets limit almost all movement side to side. I have 4 links showing below the bracket and if I kick the bar where the chain attaches as hard as I want, it barely moves. I know a lot of that is also in the angle, but there is no slop or play in the chain area. He said all pivot wear points are case hardened to minimize any steel wear. He said the taper and amount of flex built into the bars was all designed around a smoother ride and to help straighten the TT during sway. The bars do have a good amount of bow to them when latched up.
He mentioned a few other points and I should have taken some notes, but as I stated earlier he just told me to try it. He said I would be happy with the ease of hooking up, the clean design, the ride and the actual performance and he was correct on all counts.
One last point - price was mentioned and the Sway Pro isnt cheap. The lowest selling price I could find was $599 shipped. Seems to be that price everywhere so I dont know if that is set by them as the lowest or not. I did have a coupon that I found to take another 10% off but it still a pricey hitch. They do have a lifetime warranty now and if you ever need to go heavier or lighter in WD ability you just need new bars and not a whole new head.
