lets see 400 miles (projected) unloaded. towing a ultralight trailer. maybe 300 miles range (giving a lot here). then park for 12-18 hrs recharge. that's going to cost you two days camp.
say six months travel time. a gasser, or diesel will do round trip in two weeks time.
truck should be ok for city folk, as no fuel burnt waiting for every red light.
but still got to burn coal to make the power to recharge the batteries.
