entry door window frame elixir vs valterra
Looking to replace door window and frames. Local RV store has valterra frames and look kinda cheap...can get elixir frames online but dont know if they are better or worse than valterra. Anyone know??

Don't be surprised if you find silicone sealing the window on the inside. Maybe that's why so many leak? Took long time to get out all old stuff. Wasn't sure what type of silicone to use as I don't like any of them. Finally went with what Winnebago uses on their exterior of RV's and has used it for years. Big difference in 3 buck a tube and stuff that was around $14.00 a tube. - Both are cheap plastic- this is really a time to bite the bullet and spring for the EDWIN.
If that is out of the budget- both Elixer and Valterra are identical, so which ever is cheaper. - If you are going to replace it then maybe do it up Like This
