What would it matter if it were used only 5 times, 1 time, or 300 times…
It was there in your Possession and available for your use for the entire time it was covered by the warranty… you had the ability to turn it on and leave it run for the exact amount of time you had it… are you saying they should be able to deny a claim because you used it more than an average camper would have…
When someone rented my backhoe he tried to claim he only used it about half the time he had it and should be credited for that time… it wasn’t rented by the hour…
the problem is, as the owner I had no ability to use it for the entire time I didn’t have it… he was paying for my inability to use it…
I have read here and have experienced when these companies have offered good will compensation after the warranty when the owner presents a good reason…
but it is just that good will...

Where would the problem be with someone spending too much money for product/s that according to the statement is known to have poor quality… it would seem the buyer should fit some kind of category in that case to…
We the buyers have the final say on whether to buy or not buy… I have yet to see someone an adult or a minor child forced to buy a RV that they didn’t want and agree to buying… that includes the terms of the sale and the terms of the warranty…
It is a major purchase and as such deserves the attention and due diligence of a major purchase…
