Have a talk with your states commissioner of Insurance and see if there is anything they can do. If it's truly written to allow them to dishonor all claims you can BET they're in violation of a law prohibiting it since in order to HAVE a contract both sides must receive value. If your state does not HAVE an insurance commissioner then talk to the consumer protection division of the Attorney Generals office for advice. It's my own opinion that MOST of these insurance policies are worth little at all unless you're lucky enough to purchase a REAL Lemon (since that is what the rates are based on) and even reputable insurance companies seldom loose money on a policy.
