There is no exuse whatsoever for the behavior documented by the OP. If you are one of the folks here making excuses for the offenders you are an idiot {and probably do the same thing and everyone here knows it}.
My personal favorite is watching some fool lay their sewer hose on top of the picnic table in their site {Seriously!}. One of the many reasons I will never eat a meal at a site table. A trip to the dump station should take a maximum of 5- 10 minutes whether you wear gloves or not. If you don 't know what the heck you are doing ask someone and learn!
