I have not run into this situation yet although I have seen tank waste that was not hosed off. I do carry a small kitchen waste bag for my disposable gloves and any other waste when I am done.when I am done.
IMHO some of you need to chill and accept this is not a perfect world. On occasion we do have to clean up after others but that's life, it's not pleasant but no need to get our panties in a wad.
My late wife was a germophobe, she would remove the top blanket from a hotel room bed because they are not changed with the linen. We put a plastic table cloth on the picnic table before she would use it.
