Falling off step from rear of RV to kitchen area

You could put a strip of neon orange hi-vis tape on the portion where she normally steps up and down. Not the best-looking solution but better than an ER trip.

Or... try a strip of ELECTROLUMINSCENT WIRE.

I'm like your wife, would need a BIG reminder of the step. I probably shouldn't buy a RV that has one of those!
