Famed Durham NC bridge will no longer kill as many ACs

I live very close to the 11-8 in Durham. The sign you see overhead on the bridge flashes warning lights to indicate the vehicle is too tall, not mention all the signs on the bridge and leading up to it. There are turnoff roads you see in the video before committing to the underpass. There are many alternate routes that can be used. Trying to fix stupid is expensive.
