Fat Lady is still singin....

Question

One more 'this is the last time this year' run. Decided yesterdy fternoon to get gone. Down from Penticton to Tonasket, Wa and a left turn to Republic. Overnight right in town..now about to mke break....oh..no I am not. Sharon just decided she needed more zzz's. Huh..okay then. Once we do finlly get motivating we will sorta head north towards Granb Forks..likely get there tomorrow. There's a bunch of 2nd hand shops to see yet today.

One thing for certain...living in the Okanagan is so much nicer then up north, for the getting away thing.

And there is an ice rink in Osoyoos where you can curl. At least there was 30+ years ago!

And home Monday afternoon in sunshine. One thing about crossing the border going south at Osoyoos/Oroville...every time but once in the last 8 I got the walk-thru by Agriculture. I now know what I have in the C front cap storage space.

One more thing....Republic has really good brew pub.
