Am I looking at that properly, 1700lbs of Tongue Weight? seems kind of high for a 6500lb dry TT! Is the trailer loaded as if you were going on a trip? proper tongue weight should be about 12.5% of the loaded/ready to travel trailer weight. so if you add approx. 1200lbs to the dry weight that would put you at 7700lbs. so 12.5% would be around 970lbs (round it up to 1000). Something got skewed with the numbers for the rear axle for the before and after weights.
Never mind. it looks as if the trailer is still empty. I would say there was a scale issue for the before and after readings. either way, I wouldn`t worry about it. as has been said, the truck will not fall apart at 1lb. (or even a few hundred) over the GVWR!
