Do you have the trailer set with a significant nose down attitude while hitched or is it pretty flat? Could one of the TT axles been sitting on the same scale as the trucks rear axle?
The rear axle weight seems very excessive for that trailer.
If that rear axle weight is accurate make sure your tires are not being overloaded, and make sure they are aired up to the max PSI.
