The 1700 lbs. difference must be trailer weight, tongue weight specifically.
And using a WDH means about 20% of TW is applied to the trailer axles, so TW is actually higher, so 2100 pounds. Seems pretty high. Hopefully just an error with the measurement.
Even so, 6100 pounds for the truck empty plus even the dry 815 TW (which is probably more like 1000-1100) will mean you are over payload and maybe rear axle.
