I didn't see it anywhere in here, sorry if I missed it.
What all was in the TV when you weighed it? The weighs where several months apart. It looks like a driver only on the empty weight and a full family on the 2nd.
The good. Your weight transfer to the front axle is excellent, you only dropped 40lbs from empty to loaded.
The bad. You have grossly overloaded the truck and rear axle, and possibly tires. What tires are on it? Very few of the OEM tires on a 1/2 ton are rated for that weight.
Curb weight is ±5400lbs, and with a empty weight of 6140 I am going to guess that it had a driver in it, and some other stuff. Already you are down to 660lbs for additional cargo, so not even enough room for the TT with the "delivery TW", which as you have seen can be VERY low.
I can easily double my TW from the brochure TW without careful loading, no reason you can't do the same.
Sure you are only camping within an hour of home, but I am not sure how that makes an overloaded setup safe? Do you exceed 35 mph? If yes, and based on the comment in the first thread I think you know it's not a good place to be with the family (assumption based on a triple bunk TT).
