Fire Extinguisher Recall list

Entered the info on the website about 3 weeks ago. Still waiting on two extinguishers.

I got my two new ones a couple of days ago. It has been about 15 days since I called and gave the information to them.

Been close to a month and I have not received anything.

I was very impressed on how the company responded to this recall. Great service.

I had three of the affected units, did the thing at their website, and so far have received two replacements, which arrived separately a couple of days apart. Still waiting on number three. Oh. and don't throw away the old ones, they send a prepaid label so you can return them using the box the new one arrived in.

Company has been really good about it, replacements come by Fed ex in about 2 weeks.
Shocking that they had that much product available, to ship years worth of replacements. They must have known this was coming for a while.
