It was harvested 300 miles east of the campground in far eastern oregon and we were at a campground on the oregon coast. I have hauled some of that on a semi truck/trailer. It has been inspected by state ag inspectors, and guaranteed to be free of disease and bugs.
If someone is hauling it WITHOUT that certification, they are violating the law.
