flat towing a 2018 canyon
It says to flat tow my Canyon I need to pull the neg. cable from the battery. Not sure why this needs to be done? can I just pull a fuse ?

The newer Colorado/Canyon series has electric power steering that stays connected until power disconnected from battery. GM claims damage will occur to the steering otherwise. Great threads on this subject on the IRV2 website.
