  • Glue it down, then go to a big box store and buy enough marine carpet to cover the floors. The stuff is cheap and nearly indestructable. If you get tired of it, thrown i out and buy more in a different color

Very common due to the intense freezing weather this season. A dealer in Manitoba recently reported he had 43 units with this damage. It`s caused by the RV manufacturers need to lay the flooring first then build the walls and cabinets on top of it,. Does not allow for enough expansion and contraction. Good luck...

    Exactly!

    Linoleum needs room to expand/contract.
Extreme cold has taken a toll on lots of RV floors.

In S&B linoleum is laid up to cabinets/walls not under them. And even on a concrete floor you don't see problems.

Pick out some nice flooring and hire a floor guy to install. Now it won't be under stuff and have room to move.
File a claim with your insurance.
    Enjoy your new flooring.

  • I can't help but seeing that crack leading away from the door wall. There also looked to be some wet debris in the track. Are there any screws in the bottom of that track? If so are any loose? Is there calking in the corners? Is it still there?

Just wondering if water got to the floor or framing and caused your problem? Is the floor solid or soft in spots?
  • I would say, as you know, when it got frozen and brittle it cracked at the stress points. Have you thought of what to replace it with? You need something that can take the stress of being really cold. Or, find an nice warm barn or garage to keep it in.

:E oh man that can ruin your day. After 7 years it just happened? Is there water getting to the floor from underneath somehow? Is the trailer level during storage?

No signs of water, trailer is level on our seasonal spot, It's the 09 Nomad.

Thinking it was the brutal cold this winter
