- There are gated RV communities in the Phoenix/Mesa area! I’m sure that they are located in many other areas across the US.

Can't dispute it's beautiful, but it ought to be beautiful with 59 pages of covenants, and that's not counting the addendums. All of that to be close enough to your neighbor to know when he rips one loose. :B- Looks like someone else was admonished.
