Not a rule I have ever seen or heard of, in any park that had a dump station…
I have seen a prohibition on the totes in a private park once but only because all sites had FHU and the dump station was for the use of others passing through for a fee…
Most of the state parks have a centrally located dump station… and most require gray water and sewage must be dumped in the dump station… but I have never run into a situation that totes could only be used for gray water unless you’re talking about dumping into signed gray wells where no sewage is permitted to be dumped… through the years I have seen dump areas meant for portta-potties only and some for dishwater waste in tent areas...
