It does make you wonder why these CEO's make the big bucks. When something like this comes up they never seem to know anything about it. Riiiiight. And he's being a great guy because he is paying the fines...that got levied on his company because of illegal business techniques. But he really didn't know anything about how his company is run...riiiight.
Pay everybody off quickly and maybe they won't dig deep enough to find out who was really behind the whole thing. Lower level employees take the fall and the fat cats walk. Business as usual.
