Foolish to Upgrade?
From TT to Class A gasser?
I'm mostly just thinking out loud here, but recently my wife mentioned, "I think i could do some RV'ing, if i were to be the driver (which in a no brainer) and she could sit back and just enjoy the motor home."
Then on the 4th, my uncle, who is a die hard camper mentioned that he's ultimately going to get a motor home. We of course started talking about it, and being what it is, can be financed affordably with some exception.
Anyhow, i don't (read will not) fly anymore. so our yearly vacations the past 2 years, and going on our 3rd at the end of this month have been destination places, living out of our TT for 14+ days. Other than that we make several weekend camping trips per season.
We'd have to get a toad, and i know expenses would be greater, just wonder if added comfort of not cramming into a pickup with our son, and dog is worth it in the long run, or is at the end of the day we look silly and in over our heads.
