Thank you all for your comments. Yes we do have the 12v line that we use, but that does not seem to help. We are going again to Ford dealership tomorrow and will ask. Not sure about the pins so we will check those. Thank you so much. It has been frustrating issue. Ford doesn't seem to be too much of a help on this issue.
