found a new lost 10' 3" waste hose today. Did you lose one

Geez, it could be mine.
Could you please wash it off well and package it and ship it to me FEDEX next day air?
I expect you to do this free in the name of customer relations.
Also please enclose a certificate for one nights free camping for MY inconvenience as well as an apology for not building in safeguards to stop me from doing an idiotic thing.
