Kudos to OP for not getting bent out of shape by the situation or the snippy comments of some who are deliberately trying to stir the pot.
I'm in the group that figures new/inexperienced camper or new to him rv who was getting help or helping another.
Something I've learned from experience...EVERYTHING takes longer when camping! Packing, backing, hitching, securing fridge. It's really easy to figure it will onlynbe about 30 secs, then forgot to put bars on fridge, stabilizers up, put water hose away, why is my sewer boxpacked under the...who put that therE? ;)
A kind, "No problem, I understand we've all been there" wave or nod can be a very calming courtesy to a fellow rv'er whose day may not be going as smoothly as he hoped ;)
