Anyone that gets frustrated waiting in a dump station line needs to spend a little time on a boat ramp. You'll see a 25 footer launched and clear of the ramp in 3 minutes and then a 12 foot aluminum boat tie up the ramp for a half hour. Or, someone launch their boat, park their TV, remove it's battery and install it in the boat, while others wait. And then there's the 30 boats trying to get off the lake at the same time, at the start of a thunder storm, that was forcast well in advance. Dump station lines are a walk (or ride) in the park.
