Fresh water Hook-up

Anty suggestions why I can't get my freshwater hook-up to work on my Winnebago Aspect? I have done the same process numerous times and now it leaks out of the (what appears to be) the hot water opening. I have looked at the water heater opening (on the side) and I don't see anything coming out. Same result if I attempt fill the freshwater tank.
