I don't travel with the generators in the holder, I keep them locked in the van while travleing and the extended run tank is stored on the back of my tt in a proteced external carrier
Each Honda generator is about 50lbs plus the external tank plus gas , 30lbs so the whole thing is about 130lbs plus the material which I think weighed in about 75lbs so that put it about 205lbs......the hitch is rated for 500lbs
If you look at the pictures with the lights on, that is how the van is driven....no obstructios while driving.........it would be cool to try it with the whole set one day, just to see the looks on everyone's face. ;)
