the OP's experience has not been ours. we use Flying J's, sometimes Pilot, as much as possible to refuel and always use the Flying J/Pilot RV Plus Charge Card. no issues at all with the card. we never go in to pay and instead swipe the card at the pump, enter the PIN and the pump price drops $.05 per/gal (gas). we're nearly 60' long with the MH/dinghy so the RV lanes make things easy. the only issue I have with FJ are the 4-wheelers who use the RV lanes and other RV'ers using those lanes that remain parked while they go inside to shop and eat, neither of which are under FJ's control.
