PPnG makes a very good point. Dont be penny wise and pound foolish about discounts and take advantage of all available.
But part of my point was this: out of the 14 states I have driven in since returning from Alaska in Jul/Aug in only ONE of those states, Montana, has FJ/Pilot been even close to Competitive with the generally available Diesel Fuel price in the area.
And by the way those Montana FJ's were Franchises all.
Those of you writing about places where FJ is cheaper or at least competitive please tell us WHERE you are (or were).
