We buy gas cheaper at regular stations that the cost would be at the truck stop with their discount. We rarely use truck stops. There are some regular stations we can't get into, but we can most of them. Why would I want to pay more for my gas than I need to. Understandable if your rig/setup is very large. We are approx 44' with our trailer behind our motorhome so don't have to use a truck stop for the space (usually). We buy gas sometimes for 15 - 20 cents less than the truck stop. This may not be true in all areas, but that's how it seems to be in the midwest and south.
