We looked at downsizing last year and after many months of looking and thinking, we decided it was just not for us. We have a 39 foot diesel pusher that is an older model. I needed to go back in years in order to afford it. We love traveling in it and living in it. We found we would have to give too much up if we went down in size.
We spent a lot of time writing down the pros and cons, and the cost differences. It is important that each person take that time. The problem is if you have never owned one it is hard to know what you will like and not like. We could not have made the analysis if we did not have the last three years of experiences in the coach we have. There is a lot of good information in this forum, but everyone has different situations and desires so it is hard to know if someone's issues will be yours.
