What is camping out in the left lane? If there is a steady flow of traffic in the right lane,are you "camping" if you occupy the left for 15 or 20 miles until you get around them. Are you going to be required to pull into any spot on the right even if you are going to pass that semi 1/2 mile ahead of you? How long are you given to find a right lane hole if someone is behind you?
In many states frequent lane changes is considered "aggressive driving" a ticketable offense.
Is this another law that either won't be enforced or enforced at a whim?
