For what its worth, State Parks roads are still considered state roads and USUALLY the normal state laws will apply. Private parks can write any rules they wish, and Federal will accept state vehicle requirements on roads, but unless in a national park will relax restrictions on those rules, for off road riding.
You will see minibikes and the others of that type restricted because of noise. Someone will eventually complain. And we have all seen the kid that will ride in the same circle 2000 times a day, or that with 20 miles of trails, stays right by the campground to show everyone else what he can do. It can get annoying after a while, but its just a kid, being a kid.
Nobody has mentioned it but, if your going this weekend, look by the park entrance , they usually have signs up on park rules and a bulletin board.
