We can spot an ex-fema trailer in a second. Plain white does not look good.
If you go with a solid color, you better have top end construction because any waveyness in the surface jumps out where the studs create hard spots. The graphics break it up and make it harder to see.
Back when aluminum siding was more common, a simple longitudinal stripe worked well as the siding had enough texture to break things up and disguise any imperfections.
That doesn't mean you need a $10k swirl job or kitty cats crawling over the sides but something to break it up really helps.
