Also another vote for the Weber. It is indestructible and cooks very well. The two key parts to it being so well built and cooks so well is its heavy cast iron grilling surface and its heavy ceramic body. I use a Q120 and it is heavy enough. It also has plenty of cooking surface for a family of 4. I also use a folding table outside to cook on, more convenient than a stand as it has room for other things like my spatula, a tray, and of course my beer. I have also modified the Q120 to run off the RV propane outlet on the side of my rig (after the RV regulator). I also did a write up of how to mod it.
