I saw a deal on TV some outfit makes a kit, including all electronics, to fit a Allison transmission to any Ford or Dodge.

Don't have any experience with the Dodge Aisin but have several Fords with the torque shift and complete satisfied with their performance. I don't see it as a upgrade.
