Good RV Warranty experiences

If you’ve had a GOOD experiences with your dealer regarding warranty work, please share dealership info. Town and state helps, too.
  • Carbon monoxide detector was beeping and when I checked it was too old. The TT was only 4 years old. RV Outlet USA in ringgold VA just sent me a new one. That's the only warranty we ever had in 30 years.

Terry Town Rv. in Grand Rapids Mi. Although the manufacturer agreed to replace our fifth wheel under warranty, it took forever for them to move. I was dealing direct with the manufacturer at that point when it went from a factory repair to a replacement.

I called our dealer to see if they could light a fire under them. More happened in the next 3 hours than what it took the manufacturer in 2.5 months. Even though Forest River drug their feet, I glad they replaced our unit vs. trying to cobble fix like you here so much of. We ended up with an extra bedroom Ac as a bonus along with 16" rims vs the 15" we had before. Our current unit has been real good.
