Has anyone here used it? I sent one in several days ago and just wanted to verify if it was received or not. How the process works? How long it usually takes to resolve?
I sent in a claim to Action Line on May 10, 2013 and have not heard anything about it from either action line or the extended warranty co. USA travel. How can I follow up on this claim with action line? I have sent them e mails twice and no response. thanks Pete Harbers pcharberlights@hotmail.com
Thanks Jim. I received notice today that they received my dispute and forwarded it the company I am having trouble with. They have 30 days to respond, if nothing GS will send again and wait for 21 days. If nothing by then they will close the case.
