Good Sam credit card fails me

Once, had weird activity on my card. NFCU called me, cancelled the card, sent a new one overnight. ONE day service and new card in my hand. We also have two back-ups (one each) so we're set anyway. But, great service, and we won't ever change - over twenty years.
Sometimes, when we're traveling, NFCU calls us just to verify if we charge a few times out of state. Sometimes, I remember to call them before we leave.
We get hundreds of 'change card', less interest, special fees etc hustles in the maill until I want to start a campfire with them -- never changed, never will.
