I have the 2013 edition. Is it worth it to buy the new 2014 edition... are the campground listings updated accurately from year to year to make it worth while?

Typically I purchase one every other year, unless I am planning a multi-state trip, then I will get the current edition. Also major industry changes, like adding WiFi campgrounds necessitated a new edition.
